TOKYO (Nikkei)--Planning its participation in the next round of Trans-Pacific Partnership talks this July, Japan seeks to play an active role in the rulemaking process while also staking out a defensive stance on key issues, according to a draft of its negotiating points recently obtained by The Nikkei.
