Japan-EU Summit To Be Postponed Due To Cyprus Issue

BRUSSELS (Kyodo)--President of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy announced Friday the EU-Japan summit, scheduled for Monday in Tokyo, will be postponed, citing "the financial situation of Cyprus."
