Govt Submits Land Reclamation Application For Relocation Of U.S. Base

NAHA (Kyodo)--The Defense Ministry on Friday submitted an application to the Okinawa prefectural government for land reclamation to relocate a U.S. air base within the prefecture, a senior Okinawa government official said.
