Japan Found Nuke Materials Allegedly Linked To N Korea

TOKYO (Kyodo)--The government said Monday that Japanese customs authorities discovered in August materials that allegedly have links with North Korea's nuclear development program when they inspected cargo that had arrived in Tokyo.
