Abe Announces Japan Wants To Join TPP Free-Trade Talks

TOKYO (Kyodo)--Prime Minister Shinzo Abe announced Friday that Japan intends to join the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade liberalization talks, in the hope of increasing Japanese exports and boosting the country's flagging economy.
