Japan Disappointed At China's Absence From March 11 Ceremony

TOKYO (Kyodo)--Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida expressed disappointment Tuesday at the absence of a Chinese representative from a government ceremony commemorating the second anniversary of the March 11, 2011, earthquake and tsunami that struck Japan's northeast.
