Abe Vows To Create Disaster-Resilient Japan On Quake Anniversary

TOKYO (Kyodo)--Prime Minister Shinzo Abe vowed Monday to create a disaster-resilient Japan on the second anniversary of the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami disaster that devastated the northeastern region and triggered the nation's worst nuclear crisis.
