Relocating Futenma Outside Okinawa Difficult: Abe

TOKYO (Kyodo)--Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said Monday it is difficult to relocate the U.S. Marine Corps' Futenma air base outside Okinawa Prefecture, despite strong calls from locals, citing a tough security environment surrounding Japan.
