Kerry Renews Deep Bonds With Japan Prior To March 11 Disaster

WASHINGTON (Kyodo)--U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry issued a statement on Friday ahead of the second anniversary of the March 11, 2011, disaster in Japan, renewing deep friendship between the two countries.
