Security Council Adopts Tougher Sanctions Against N Korea

NEW YORK (Kyodo)--The U.N. Security Council adopted at a meeting Thursday a resolution to censure North Korea for its third nuclear test and to impose harsher sanctions against the isolated country that have repeatedly conducted missile launches and nuclear tests in defiance of past resolutions by the most powerful body of the global organization.
