Vote-Value Gap In 2012 Election Unconstitutional, Another Court Says

SAPPORO (Kyodo)--A Japanese court ruled Thursday it was unconstitutional that last year's general election was held without fixing too big a disparity in the weight of votes, a day after another court issued a similar decision.
