Japan To Field Top Financial Diplomat As Candidate For ADB Head

TOKYO (Kyodo)--The Japanese government has decided to field top financial diplomat Takehiko Nakao as a candidate to take over as head of the Asian Development Bank from Haruhiko Kuroda, who has been nominated as the new Bank of Japan governor, sources close to the matter said Wednesday.
