Abe Seeks To Hold Telephone Talks With S. Korea's Park Shortly

TOKYO (Kyodo)--Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said Tuesday he is preparing to hold telephone talks with South Korean President Park Geun Hye "shortly" in an effort to mend Japan-South Korea ties strained due to a territorial dispute.
