Investigation Into Akita Shinkansen Derailment Starts

AKITA (Kyodo)--Transport authorities launched a full-fledged investigation Sunday into the derailment Saturday afternoon of a bullet train on the Akita Shinkansen Line in Daisen, Akita Prefecture.
