China Reluctant To Accept Japan's Support Over Pollution: Minister

TOKUSHIMA (Kyodo)--China appears reluctant to accept Japan's recent offer to provide technical assistance and help the country cope with its deepening air pollution problem, Environment Minister Nobuteru Ishihara said Saturday.
