DPJ, Your Party Submit Bill To Introduce Online Election Campaign

TOKYO (Kyodo)--The opposition Democratic Party of Japan and Your Party on Friday jointly submitted a bill to the lower house to remove the ban on online election campaigning, including the use of e-mails by voters, when Japan holds an upper house election this summer.
