Police Arrest Romanian Teen Over Killing In Tokyo's Kichijoji Area

TOKYO (Kyodo)--Police arrested Friday a 17-year-old Romanian boy suspected of killing a woman on a street in Tokyo's Kichijoji area in an apparent robbery-murder, after taking him into custody the previous day on a separate charge, police said.
