Govt To Ask People To Stay Indoors If Smog Levels Twice Limit

TOKYO (Kyodo)--The government will urge residents to remain indoors if levels of a toxic air pollutant drifting from China are expected to reach twice the allowable limit, according to health protection guidelines decided by the government on Wednesday.
