Abe Urges Early Shale Gas Exports, Obama Avoids Clear Answer

WASHINGTON (Kyodo)--Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe called on the United States to quickly begin exports of shale gas to Japan in a meeting with U.S. President Barack Obama on Friday, but the U.S. leader avoided giving a clear answer, a Japanese official said.
