Putin Calls Lack Of Peace Treaty Between Japan, Russia 'Abnormal'

MOSCOW (Kyodo)--Russian President Vladimir Putin described on Thursday the lack of a peace treaty between Japan and Russia as an "abnormal situation," visiting former Japanese Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori said after meeting with him in Moscow.
