DJ: Sony To Sell Stake In M3 To Deutsche Securities For Y14.2bn

TOKYO--Sony Corp. (6758) said Thursday that it will sell a portion of its stake in online medical service subsidiary M3 Inc. (2413) to Deutsche Securities Inc. for Y14.2 billion.

The Japanese electronics maker, which unveiled the stake sale plan Wednesday, said it will receive the cash from Deutsche Securities on Feb. 25.
