Kirk Says Japan Must Negotiate On Rice To Join Trade Talks: Reuters

WASHINGTON (Kyodo)--Japan must be willing to negotiate in all trade sectors, including politically sensitive farm products such as rice, if it wants to join the U.S.-led Pacific free trade talks, U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk said Wednesday, the Reuters news agency reported.
