Japan, Kazakhstan Strike Basic Accord On Investment Treaty

TOKYO (Kyodo)--Japanese industry minister Toshimitsu Motegi and his Kazakh counterpart Asset Issekeshev said Tuesday the two countries have reached a basic accord on a bilateral investment treaty, while agreeing to step up their cooperation in nuclear energy issues.
