Illegal Stimulants Smuggled Into Japan In 2012 Highest In 10 Yrs

TOKYO (Kyodo)--The amount of illegal stimulants smuggled into Japan and impounded by customs in 2012 increased 20 percent from a year earlier to around 482 kilograms, marking the highest level in 10 years, the Finance Ministry said Monday.
