U.N. Security Council 'Strongly' Condemns N Korean Nuclear Test

NEW YORK (Kyodo)--The U.N. Security Council censured Tuesday North Korea's third underground nuclear test conducted earlier in the day in defiance of a warning against such move by the council in a resolution issued just last month and announced plans to seek another binding motion.
