TOKYO (Nikkei) -- South Korean President Park Geun-hye and Russian President Vladimir Putin recently confirmed in Seoul that the two countries will reinforce their economic cooperation. This includes development projects in the Russian Far East and the joint handling of issues regarding North Korea.
