TOKYO (Nikkei)--Global Blue, a Swiss company offering tax-refund and other shopping services, will start operations in Japan.

TOKYO (Kyodo)--Japan will set a goal of increasing the annual number of foreign visitors to 18 million by 2016 in its next five-year plan to promote tourism, a draft plan made available to Kyodo News showed Tuesday.

TOKYO (Nikkei)--Travel agencies are looking up -- way up -- to Tokyo Sky Tree, as the grand opening of the world's tallest broadcast tower is just a few months away. The 634-meter tower, located in Tokyo's Sumida Ward, is slated to open to visitors on May 22.
