Subscription Expired Error

If your subscription is inactive, it
1. has been canceled, or
2. was not renewed automatically due to outdated credit card information or credit card difficulties and therefore has expired.
To reopen your account, you need to update your credit card information. Please contact Customer Support.

Renewals can only be processed within 30 days of the expiration date, and cannot be done with accounts that expired due to cancellation. You can also re-register for a new account. Please note that if you re-register, you will lose any options you may have set up in the Personal Nikkei section, and the discounted subscription renewal fees will not apply.
