• I'm a Nikkei Online Edition (Japanese) subscriber. Do I need a separate subscription to read the NIKKEI.com site?
  Yes, the Nikkei Online Edition (Japanese) site and the English site are separate; a different subscription is needed for each.
• How often is NIKKEI.com updated?
  Nikkei News is updated around the clock, stock quotes and bond market data are updated during Japanese trading hours and Forex figures are updated around the clock. The Nikkei Weekly is updated once a week on Wednesday afternoon.
• How long are articles/data stored in NIKKEI.com?
  The search for Nikkei News spans four months, while The Nikkei Weekly search spans one year. For older articles, please see Nikkei Archives Premium Option.
• Can I get a receipt for my subscription?
  We do not mail out receipts for individual subscribers, but printable online receipts are available in Account Details. The URL for Account Details is https://reg.e.nikkei.com/e/member.pl
• Is there a printed version of NIKKEI.com available?
  NIKKEI.com is available only online, but Nikkei publishes a weekly printed edition, The Nikkei Weekly. Subscription information on The Nikkei Weekly is available at https://www.nikkei4946.com/sb/e_index/index.asp
• I'm a Nikkei Online Edition/Nikkei Weekly subscriber. Am I entitled to a discount on my NIKKEI.com subscription?
  NIKKEI.com does not offer discounts to subscribers of other Nikkei publications.
