Getting a subscription receipt
You can access your subscription receipt at any time during the paid subscription period.
If you have just registered for a new subscription to NIKKEI.com, your subscription receipt will be available only after your paid subscription period begins (the receipt will be available online around the 5th day of the first month of your paid subscription period).
If you have just renewed your subscription, the receipt for your current subscription period will continue to be displayed until the next subscription period begins on the 1st day of the following month.
Your Premium Option receipts will be available via a link on the subscription receipt page. The Premium Option receipt is updated at the beginning of each month. To access your Premium Option receipts, go to https://reg.e.nikkei.com/e/member.pl and click on the "subscriptions receipt" box. The Premium Option receipts are updated each month. Please note that the charge will be listed as "Nikkei Net Interactive" on your card statement and all subscription fees are in yen. If you require receipts for previous subscriptions, please contact Customer Support.
