Changing your password

You can change your password to anything less than 16 characters in the Reset Password area in Account Details. Please note that the password is case-sensitive and works only with letters and numbers (no punctuation or accent marks or non-ASCII characters).

On the Reset Password page, you will need to enter your registered e-mail address. We will e-mail you a link to a secure page where you can change your password. The link in the e-mail message will expire in 24 hours, so please make the changes as soon as possible. The new password will be effective immediately after you have completed the changes. If your registered e-mail address has changed, please contact Customer Support. We will need your old e-mail address to update it.
